How long do you take to deliver the goods?

The delivery time is determined by your residence. We provide next-day delivery throughout the United Kingdom. It means you will receive your order within 24 hours.  On weekends (Saturday-Sunday), We don’t ship packages on these days, so if you order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

If you place your order before 11 a.m., it will be shipped the following day.

What should I do now that the expected shipment date has passed and I have not received my order?

Will I get refund of late delivery?

If the delay is caused by our side, we can compensate for the delivery fee; however, if the delay is caused by the shipment company, such as Royal Mail, we are unable to refund any delivery charges.

My order has been lost or delayed for some time, what should I do?

If an order is not delivered within 7 days of being placed, it is considered lost. Unforeseen circumstances, on the other hand, can cause significant delays; therefore, we may not begin an investigation for a delayed order until a reasonable amount of time has passed.

If a customer has not received their order, it is their responsibility to contact our customer service representatives. We may be unable to process a refund request if the customer does not follow the above-mentioned procedure correctly.
